Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.

2. What Life Admin provides

Life Admin helps users organize documents, records, dates, actions, and supported connected information. Features and provider availability vary by platform, region, plan, approval status, and account eligibility. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and paid-service commitments.

3. User content and authorization

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Life Admin a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Upload only content you are authorized to store and process. Do not upload malware, illegal material, stolen credentials, or content that violates another person’s rights.

4. AI suggestions and important decisions

Automated results—including classifications, extracted fields, reminders, answers, and financial patterns—may be incomplete or wrong. They are organizational assistance, not verified facts or professional advice. Review source documents and consult a qualified professional for legal, medical, tax, investment, credit, insurance, or other high-stakes decisions.

Life Admin does not promise to prevent a missed deadline, cancel a service, obtain a refund, move money, negotiate a price, file a document, or contact a third party for you unless a separately described feature explicitly performs that action with your authorization.

5. Connected services

You may choose to authorize supported providers such as email, calendar, or financial-data services. Their terms also apply. You can revoke access through Life Admin or the provider. Connection outages, scope changes, revoked tokens, provider limitations, and stale data can affect availability. Read-only bank features do not authorize Life Admin to transfer funds.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Life Admin may offer Free, Personal, and Family plans. Current price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms appear before purchase. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Native subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the applicable store terms.

Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through the billing provider used to subscribe. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while paid access continues through the current period, subject to provider rules. Taxes and regional prices may vary. Refund requests are handled under applicable law and the policy of the billing provider.

7. Family and shared information

Family features may permit more than one authorized account or information source. The plan owner is responsible for invitations and access choices. Each person must have authority to connect an account or share content. Exact sharing, privacy, and removal behavior is shown in the service when available.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Life Admin; access another user’s data; bypass security or limits; scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the service except where law permits; upload harmful code; use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, fraud, or abuse; or falsely imply Life Admin verified or performed an action it did not.

9. Intellectual property

Life Admin and its software, design, trademarks, and service content are owned by Vaishnavii LLC or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account is permitted.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue. Ending paid access does not by itself authorize us to delete existing data without following the stated account and retention process.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Life Admin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect extraction, complete records, error-free AI output, or that every reminder or connection will remain current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vaishnavii LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid Life Admin during the 12 months before the claim or USD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Governing terms and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vaishnavii LLC’s principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, please contact legal@ailifeadmin.net so we can try to resolve it. Additional dispute terms may be added where required before availability in a new jurisdiction.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will receive notice when required. Continued use after an effective date means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
